With over 20 years experience as a skin therapist, Skin Clinic’s director Jodie King has qualifications in a vast range of skin treatments.

 

Sharon - Sharon presented with ageing skin due to years of neglect and sun exposure. She also suffered from reactive skin. For an immediate ‘pick me up’ we removed the dead skin cell build up using a two-part exfoliating process called microhydrabrasion. Using a dry diamond tip with vacuum suction, to blast away dead cells and a liquid solution of water and aloe vera is flushed over the skin to cleanse pores, ridding the skin of impurities. Shaz was left with smoother more hydrated skin, allowing her makeup to sit more smoothly for her makeover

 

Justin – Justin’s skin was quite good, he was in need of a general cleanse to rid the skin of minor blemishes. We gave Justin a deep cleanse, using steam, extracting the blackheads and minor blemishes. We also educated Justin on the importance of cleansing to prevent these blemishes and the use of broad spectrum sun protection on a daily basis.
